Fio is designed around several principles:

  • separate policy from mechanism
  • everything on screen is a frame when drawing
  • drawing is a preorder iterating and event dispatching is postorder
  • if possible, use lua script instead of c++
  • towards(or leverage) fallout-like modding API to separate between modder and developer.
