The Elves were the second people to come to inhabit Fellaor, doing so in year zero (0) of the Elven Standard Era. The first group of Elves to come to Fellaor were followers of the teaching of Algine the Wooded. They were chiefly refugees from the Ke-Ine War belonging to the naturalist faction. These elves further split into two distinct tribes, those who followed the Druid Penon, and became the Sylvan Elves, forsaking arcane magic entirely, and those who followed Peinin the Younger, who became the Grugarch...
