Don't hesitate to give them more value and to make them feel special every now and then, because that's what will ultimately make you different from the others. Remember that your niche market has to go through many of the same daily things as you do. This is about branding your self through positive customer service or relations and just being sensitive to the needs of your customers. You can really provide a positive customer experience with your business when you take the time to do more and help them. This is one of those goodwill gestures that you do not have to do all the time, but it is in your best interest to do so. While you are doing this, do the good customer service deeds you know how to do - be courteous and friendly. It is totally common for people to feel nervous and question themselves when something goes wrong with a product or service they just bought. Since you are now aware of that, then just do a little damage control with that customer while you are helping him or her with the issue. | ||
