HURRICANES V.S. HOMES: SHOULD BUILDING ON U.S. COASTS BE STOPPED?

OK

MY ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION IS NO! I UNDERSTAND THE VIEW OF THE ARTICLE THAT THE RECENT SEVERE HURRICANES THERE HAVE POSED A THREAT AND BUILDING THERE IS DANGEROUS HOWEVER, EVERYONE, WORLDWIDE IS AWARE OF THIS DANGER ON THE COAST AND IF THEY WANT TO BUILD A HOUSE THERE LET THEM. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE A POPULAR TOURIST LOCATION, AND A GREAT VACATION SPOT. A BAN ON BUILDING COULD EFFECT THE POPULATION OF THE COASTLINE CITIES THEREFORE THE SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES AND REAL ESTATE WOULD SUFFER.

CHINA MAKES STABLE ENERGY SUPPLIES TOP PRIORITY FOR ECONOMIC PLANNING

OK

I THINK THE ARTICLE HAS SOME REALLY GOOD IDEAS HOWEVER ONE IDEA THAT STRUCK ME AS INTERESTING WAS THE FACT THAT SOMEONE HAD THE IDEA TO PUT HARMUL POLLUTANTS IN THE GROUND. THAT SEEMS A LITTLE FAR FETCHED TO ME BECAUSE WE REALLY DONT KNOW IF THAT POSES ANY DANGERS A MORE STABLE ENERGY SUPPLY BUT IS STORING HARMFUL POLLUTANTS UNDERGROUND ETHICAL AND SAFE TO THE ENVIRONMENT?
