I) 

    a)  The high gas prices and why they are high.
    b)  The NYME sets the gas prices, not the producers.
    c)  I think that somewhere someone is upping the gas prices for their own benefit.  I don't think that that is fair to the consumers.

II) 

    a)  nontoxic, doesn't conntaminate groundwater or soil
    b)  B20
    c)  less carbon monoxide, nonmethane, less air pollution
    d)  methane, ethane, propane, andn butane
    e)  alternative fuel for flexibel vehicles, 85% ethonol and 15% gasoline
    f)  56LBS= 2.7 gallons of ethanol
    g)  renewable, made from corn, approved alternat fuel
