The welfare for fellow Americans does not matter. Therefore we have no ethics in this control because making money is more important than the welfare of people. |

The article point of view deals with whether rebuilding of homes after hurricanes should be done on the coastal regions that are vunerable. Many people of today's society in America do not care about natural disaters and they have a ignorant atttitude that it won't happen here. But mostly money matters controls whether building will tack place. Since there is a high demand and big business for real estate many people are concern only with making money. The welfare for fellow Americans does not matter. Therefore we have no ethics in this control because making money is more important than the welfare of people.
