Nancy Benton's Holiday Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag O'Brien potatoes
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Bread crumbs
  • Seasoning to taste

Directions

Thaw the potatoes. Mix the potatoes, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and soup together in a baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until hot.
