Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. white or black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. You can put ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly. This is enough marinade to cover 5 broiler halves. It is best to pierce the chicken skin and let this marinade soak into the chicken overnight. It adds a wonderful flavor to chicken.
