Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Colby cheese, grated
  • 10 oz. Blue cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Chopped pecans

Directions

Thoroughly mix cheeses and sour cream in a food processor. When mixed well, mold into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
