Ingredients
- 12 oz. Colby cheese, grated
- 10 oz. Blue cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Chopped pecans
Directions
Thoroughly mix cheeses and sour cream in a food processor. When mixed well, mold into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
