Oured is first seen in Ace Combat 05: The Unsung War. The city of Oured is built upon the coastal plain of Oured Bay. But the peninsula also has coastal rolling hills to the east and south of the city. The city of Oured is also close to the country of Sapin. It constitutes six administrative areas, with approximate population of 7.65 millions people, as of 2009.

Circum-Pacific War (Op. Arcadia)

Oured, Osea is Osea's largest and Capital City. Its based off of New York City. In 2010, just outside Oured, the Razgriz squadron intercepted and destroyed both the Grabacr and Ofnir Squadrons, two of Belkas infamous aggressor squadrons on the 31st of December. After they intercepted them, the Razgriz went on to intercept and destroy the SOLG, an orbital space platform set on destroying downtown Oured, as it fell from orbit on a crash course. They successfully destroyed the SOLG and saved Oured from total destruction.
