Sachana Air Force Base is featured in Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. The captured Aurelian Sachana AFB is surrounded by forested rolling hills that make up the Kalana Steppes. Two rivers twist through the region and had a "hand" in shaping the region to what we see today.


Leasath - Aurelia War

Sachana Air Base is Aurelia's largest Air Base, located deep within a forest and surrounded by trees. Its location makes it the primary target of invasion, seeing as sorties from that Air Base have a large reach into both Aurelia and Leasath.

The Airbase was taken by Leasath in early 2020, at the start of the Leasath-Aurelia war. The Leasath Military placed their elite Skylla Anti-Aircraft Unit at Sachana Air Base, in order to hold the base.

In late 2020, the base came under attack in the middle of the night, by the Aurelian pilot, Gryphus 1. Sachana Air Base was retaken by the morning.
