-Marcus Lampart, callsign Garuda 2, is pilot of 8th Air Wing, the air defense of Gracemeria, and is second-in-command of well-known Emmerian Garuda Squadron. In the invasion of Gracemeria, he was suddenly assigned as Garuda 2 while Emmerian Air Force was commencing emergency sortie. He's been known to fly on Talisman's wing through many dangerous missions the unit had participated in.
-He put big much concern over Gracemeria, a place in which his family lived peacefully. He was a good father of his family before the first invasion broke out. But then, he eventually found out that his wife and daughter were killed during the invasion.
-Along with Talisman, he became one of important roles to take Gracemeria back, to stop Estovakia's power over Emmeria. Right before completely taking Estovakia down, he got a serious injury in his final mission on Estovakia land while encountering Chandelier. In peacetime, he seemed to use wheelchair caused by the accident.
