  1. You must enter Deathtoll.
  2. You must find some locations. (You will need to clear the whole zone to get all of these, so make sure you leave Fitzpitzle and Tarinax alive) These are:
    • Pit of Barbs (-340, 115, -111)
    • Tears of Rage
    • Lair of the Soulless
    • Archives of the Wyrm
    • Flensing Chamber
    • Altar of Ending
  3. You must kill Fitzpitzle the gnome.
  4. You must kill Tarinax the Destroyer.
