This quest begins in West Freeport. Head over to the Backalley Brewhouse and speak with "a Freeport Emissary" located at (245, -5 170)

He will send you to Tenebrous Tangle. When you arrive, speak with Jabber Longwind, located near the spire (-20, 20, 245)

The next quest is Burglars Afoot
