Practical Matters

One of the hurdles for many beginning ETLers is learning routines to enable this way of eating. Fitting food preparation into tight schedules, brown-bagging lunch to work or trips, dining out, sharing meals with non-ETLers, and more are all areas that usually require new approaches.

Please edit this section and tell us about your routines. Take all the space you need, we will organize it as material is added!
