Killed queen: Ranger's Hat, if not: access to Archers Guild
Detailed Walk-through:
Master Sureshot, the Archers Guild Master is located in Ft. Daboia with Master Miango.
The master will ask you if you want to join the archers guild. If you do, he requires you to bring him the feet of the Begron Queen.
Now simply (yeah, right) go kill the Begron Queen until she drops the feet. Be aware that begrons are highly magic resistant so you will be in for a long fight if you are a mage.
Upon giving the feet to the master, you will be rewarded with a Ranger's Hat and access to anything else the Archers Guild Master has to offer you.
