If you get a Coin of Fortune from easy AR monsters, you can turn it in to Cattie Brie at LH Beggar's Corner in exchange for a spell-up (weak bless, ES, barrier, protection). You just have to tell her "coins", "yes".
Also if you collect any tokens say
