National Solidarity Union: nationalists, they favor increased military spending, particularly among the army. has become increasingly isolated and angry after their losses in World War I. Th National Union has also become increasingly authoritarian, born from the street battles after the Second Sino-Japanese War, and a small fringe believe in some of the new fascist teachings coming from Europe.

Reform Party: The most Liberal, there power grew largely as a result of World war I, but it has recently slipped slightly. Less in favor of military spending, they favor more defenses constructed, and concentrating on rooting out communists, anarchists, and other malcontents
