Politics
senate dissolved though larsa claims he is trying restore it, emperor and a few advisors make all the decisions, judges rule cities through martial law, consuls rule territories and report directly to the emperor.
very strong military, powerful fleet, soldiers viewed as noble, highly trained, fewer troops than rozarria
Economy
decent, though not a point of focus. strong enough to keep the empire running. distribution of wealth with the elites having the great majority of it and the poor are extremely poor. based mostly on agriculture.
Education
education is extremely important. even soldiers must study history and literature and languages. lots of schools all over the city. the poor and rural people are usually educated in the home by their grandparents.
