- | + | Barbara Andrews is Ameriwow's very own "Chief Ad Wizard" with the original HP "Picture Book" idea under his belt. Of course, his inclusion of perverse and violent imagery in it's original form as seen in "Picture, Picture" received negative response from his co-workers and forced himself into isolation... that is, until best friend and colleague Genediah Shortbox came along to cheer him up with a dance party in "September". Barbara can also be seen in "Ameriwow: 360", playing an imaginary X-Box with Mr. Shortbox. The pair have been known to have uncannily long Goldeneye tournaments, settings on "Power Weapons" and "License to Kill". So far, all records are tied. | |

Recurring Characters
Genediah Shortbox
Played by Sam Reich, Genediah Shortbox is "Executive Director" of Ameriwow according to his MySpace profile. He is seen in every Ameriwow episode: "Picture Picture," "Shortbox's Shortcomings," "September," and "Ameriwow 360." His first name is pronounced "Gene" as in "Gene Wilder" and "ediah" as in the end of "Jebediah."
Gene seems to be a kind of "superboss," always happy and competent, although a little naive. From "Picture Picture," we can infer that he and Dixon perhaps have a homosexual relationship. From "Shortbox's Shortcomings," we can infer that he is colorblind.
Barbara Andrews
Barbara Andrews is Ameriwow's very own "Chief Ad Wizard" with the original HP "Picture Book" idea under his belt. Of course, his inclusion of perverse and violent imagery in it's original form as seen in "Picture, Picture" received negative response from his co-workers and forced himself into isolation... that is, until best friend and colleague Genediah Shortbox came along to cheer him up with a dance party in "September". Benezbela
Played by Josh Ruben, Benezbela has appeared in "Gina Seeking" and the bonus clip "Nostro the Moose." He was also mentioned in "Picture Picture" in the first sentence in Dutch West history. He also gave advice in Audio Podcast #1.
Benezbela is a popular character in Dutch West Live! shows who has never had his own sketch. Apparently, one was filmed unsuccessfully that the Dutch Westerners refuse to air. Instead, Benezbela has become a staple character in the Dutch West universe, appearing in other sketches. He is an eccentric character of unknown origin who hosts talk show, "Lay Nigh with Benezbela".
Old Man Sam and Old Man Josh
Played by Sam Reich and Josh Ruben, the Old Men were created in "Apt. 1: Old Men and Voiceovers" and reappeared later in "Old Men and Leftovers." They also sung briefly in "Apt. 4: Christmahanukwanza."
The Old Men are Josh and Sam's bleak vision of themselves still doing voiceovers at age eighty, but became icons of old age, perversion, and competitiveness. Quotables include "With my dick?," "Stay away from my dinosaur collection," and "You do NOT want to go Baldwin on me."
Jon the Cow
Jon the Cow is called the mascot of Dutch West. He appeared first in "Nag Rock" and later in "Apt. 2: Brainstorming" and "Gina Seeking." Played by the actor Jon Croke, Jon the Cow is an out of work actor still doing children's theater at the age of 40.
