Born in aproximately 1961 (extrapolation based on a line in the Pilot). His parents were Robert Fraser and Caroline Fraser (nee Pinsent) who met in 195? when Robert rescued her.
Fraser was born in Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Canada. He grew up in various small places in the Canadian North.
