Story
Personality
Dr. Zephyr is evil, diabolical, Arrogant, and something of a spaz. He goes off in random directions when having a conversation or monologing. Such a trait has led to him being defeated while taunting his foes or "asserting" his "superiority".
Powers
Dr. Z can crystalize acid and generate an aurora of acid, which destroys anything or anyone in a one-foot radius.
