A picture of Emma in Roy's computer desk drawer. If he starts to lose his motivation while working, he opens it to look at the picture for a bit, then continues working again. There's also an inconspicuous photo album in the drawer (perhaps the same color as the drawer or something? Anyways, Roy doesn't notice it, and it would be nice if it didn't attract the player's attention either).
