Talk to Rocco Fidelio at (6,-5). I must keep a watch over the prisoners and the jail. Can you bring these potato bags to Bhen Neddal? He's in the jail of the Port of Madrestam. We need to give him food before he starves to death. Or else, he'll find a gallery to escape.
