Read the notice about Frakacia Leukocythine at Astrub Jail (7,-18) and accept the mission.

[edit] Step 1 - Find the outlaw

Description 

Frakacia Leukocytin has been seen near the No-armed Bandits village.
She's wanted for puncturing haemoglobin illegally and sentenced to imprisonment in Astrub.

Objectives 

Locate and neutralize Frakacia

Rewards

Location

In any Astrub Forest map.

Find Frakacia Leukocythine and defeat her in battle. She is found in the Astrub forest region, north of town. Frakacia is a level 20 bandit, and makes frequent use of the ranged Hatchet Throwing attack. Once you defeat her, you will receive the following character Frakacia Leukocythine (item). Hand her over to the Guard inside the Astrub Jail (7,-18) to complete the quest. Lvl 20+ recommended.
