The Francis Smiley is a Smiley, and one of the most famous. Members/Mama Luigi spammed with this smiley, making him being thrown in Digibutter Prison. People usually use this Smiley for spam. The Smiley has been named Franis, after Mama Luigi's poor grammar Franis ben mi plx. Francis uses this Smiley also, it should be noted.
