Make me Laugh boards are increasing, and could be considered a fad...
Origins
Tuesday August 28th, 2007 is when it began.
Ashley made a board called "Amuse Me", where the purpose was to try and make her laugh, a hard thing to do. Replies began to pour in, full of strange pictures to weird videos.
The next day, Vaati made a similar thread called "Make me laugh", which held the same purpose, with a different user.
The day after that, Fireice made a board titled "make me laugh", with the same goal as the other two.
Each of these boards may have the same purpose, but each user claims they laugh to different things. As of yet, nobody has succeeded in making any of the three laugh...
