The Star Carnival forum is based off the Mario Party series, more specifically Mario Party 8. Users can go here and participate in games of chance made by other users to win coins.
One of the most valuable parts of a topic in this forum is the dice roll command. [roll=number] It can use up to three dice and numbers set in the command to generate random numbers at the bottom of the post. To prevent cheating, these numbers cannot be edited.
This forum is rarely used now, but Francis doesn't nuke it (or send it falling into the Digital Sea, as Wacko McGoose put it) because some users do occasionally post there.
