If you're confused about what to put for each heading, this is to help explain it.

Player Info: [This is for you, personally, to fill out OOC]

PokéDex Profile: [This is the information that other characters see when they look up your character's profile over the DexNet. Age is based on the license holder's registered birthdate and will update automatically. Hair and eye colour doesn't have to be filled out as a 3-letter abbreviation (BLK, BLU, GRN, etc) for the app, but it will appear as one in the character's profile.]

Name: [The name the character's Pokémon license is registered to.]
Age: [Character's age. This is based on the license holder's registered birthdate and will update automatically when it changes.]
Sex: [M/F]
Hair: [Hair colour. Will appear as a 3-letter abbreviation (BLK, BRN, GRN, etc) on the character's DexNet profile, but you can just write it out for the app.]
Eyes: [Eye Colour. Ditto.]
Registration: [The character's official reason for owning a Pokémon Trainer's License. Options on the license form are Pokémon Trainer / Gym Member / Pokémon Researcher / Pokémon Breeder / Pet Owner / Other (please specify).]

Detailed Info:

Appearance: [How the character looks. Hair, clothes, etc. Anything that you would immediately perceive when looking at them.]
(PB: [The character's PB, name and what series they're from.] )
Personality: [What the character is like. How they act, what they feel, what they think. This is where you describe who your character is.]
History: [The character's backstory. Where they grew up, their family situation, whatever you need to say to tell us how they became who and where they are today.]
Hometown: [Where the character was born or where they grew up.]
Current Residence: [Where the character is currently living.]
Occupation: [What your character does for a living. Sometimes this can be the same as the reason for their license, ie Gym Member, Breeder, Trainer]
Other: [Anything else about your character that you think we should know but just doesn't fit anywhere else.]

Pokémon: [Here you need to list all the Pokémon that your character owns. If they're a breeder or somebody else who has a ridiculous amount of Pokémon, just list the max of 6 that they use in their team.]

Name: [The Pokémon's nickname. If they haven't been given one, this is the same as their breed.]
Breed: [ie Squirtle, Charizard, Slowpoke, etc]
How long owned: [How long the character has owned this Pokémon]
Other: [Other information we should know about this Pokémon. Personality, whether it was acquired some unique way, odd quirks, whether it listens to commands or not, anything you can think of that you want people to know about it. If you have nothing to put here, just write N/A.]

Writing Sample: [A 3rd person writing sample, a couple of paragraphs long, just to show us how you write. You only need to do this for the first app. After the first character is approved, you can leave this out of your apps.]
