Hair: Eve has very curly red hair. She wears it short (cut near her chin) and it curls in to frame her face.
Clothing: Eve dresses like the lady she is in girly dresses and seems to like the colour green. She travels by motorcycle so her choice of footwear isn't exactly practical. She wears low high heels often. During hotter months she will wear a wide-brimmed hat.

Personality
Eve is, on the whole, a very sweet and innocent girl. She has learned her lessons in high society and is extremely polite to everyone she meets. The only person she really acts differently around is Everest and this is because of the giant crush she has on him. He bears the brunt of her more extreme emotions because he is currently the only one who can bring them out.
As stated above she is very innocent and therefore very naive. It weren't for her butler/driver Edmund she probably would have been kidnapped or hurt a hundred times over. She is aware that she causes him trouble but she has a hard time getting out of her habits. She is always ready to give a person a second chance.
She is a strong battler but isn't personally aware of that fact. Due to her strong bond with Sibyl and her want to gain Everest's approval she has managed to get all of the badges he has acquired.
History
Eve grew up without her parents. They were both work-a-holic executives at Silph Co. and she was more or less raised by her butler Edmund who absolutely adored his little mistress. He taught her everything she knows from etiquette to pokémon as well as a host of other subjects. When she was 5 she met Everest for the first time at a company-family Christmas party and her infatuation began. She was to shy to talk with him much this time around but what they did say to each other was cordial.
The next time she saw him was after his mother's death just a year later. He said some very cruel things to the young girl and she went away crying. She was surprised by the changes in him and began to think of ways that she could make him like her again. Her first plan of action was to get an eevee as well since he seemed like he really loved them. Edmund communicated her wish to her parents and, for her 8th birthday, she received an eevee egg. From then on she was not seen without it. It only took about a month for it to hatch and, when it did, it was love at first sight. She named the little eevee Sibyl and the two were never apart. She began to train Sibyl with Edmund's help and somewhat to his surprise she turned out to be a talented trainer.
One day Eve got wonderful news. They had been invited to the Llewelyn household for a dinner. It had been arranged for her parents and Everest's father to discuss some matters concerning Silph and Eve had been invited in an effort of his father's to bring his son out of his shell a bit. It was an effort in vain but it did have a significant impact on Eve. She had been directed to his room as he had refused to come down and greet them. Once there she stumbled upon him and saw him in a way she had thought she might never see him again. He was playing with Everest, his eevee. And he looked like he was having fun! Sibyl blew her cover by trying to get in on the fun and Everest kicked her out but now that she had seen that her hope was renewed a hundred fold. She decided that she would do everything to make Everest treat her in the same gentle manner he treated his eevees and she would never give up on him!
When she got word that Everest has left home she decided that as soon as she turned 10 she would follow him. Sibyl evolved soon after her 9th birthday and the two continued training together. On her 10th birthday Edmund gifted her with her Trainer License and a motorcycle. He would be her butler, driver and protector on the road. The two left in pursuit of Everest and the Indigo Conference.
