The Cat-Eyed Eagle, is one of the most camoflouged of all Devonshire's birds.

Description
Beautiful Patterns, looking like a forest it moves with grace and speed. Can change colour, to blend in, but it usually looks like a forest. Its pupils are horizontal, that's how it got its name.
