The Mandate
Who Are They?
The Mandate is a group of affiliated MDEA agents and officers, who are in direct contact with Desai University and the Board of Affairs. Whether they are a branch of MDEA unto their own, or are simply spoken pieces of a group, is unknown at this time. The latter seems the most plausible, considering their disjointed positions within MDEA in regards to one another.
Members
The original four, explained in detail here include:
Elly Jaeson - Center-City Harbor Master
Axan Babyl - Mayra/Rituana Harbor Master
Agent Dennick Sharpe - Interrogator and Investigator of Student Affairs
Lucio Brae - True position unknown at this time; taking the role of "Situational Janitor", though apparently he has ties to Sparda.
January 14, 2007: As of right now, Dennick Sharpe is the only MDEA employee to be in play.
January 15, 2007: Introduction of Donna Viasat, investigating agent into the L vs. Kira phenomenon.
