Vash is taken from the [[Trigun]] anime, inspired by the manga written by Yasuhiro Nightow. While most of Vash's background and personality is based on anime events, manga references have been (and will be) used to fill in the gaps that the anime did not cover. Due to the fact that Vash is taken from a short time after the anime ended, please beware of spoilers while reading this profile. (Yes, I give spoiler warnings for an anime that's eight years old.
