| - | <b>Akito</b> is, at least in his current mental state, a quiet, friendly person who particularly enjoys reading and writing. He's optimistic and at times naive, especially in regards to people (he always wants to see the best in them, even sometimes when it's obvious he shouldn't). This is likely partly just how he is and partly because Agito has a tendency to shield him from the worst things in his life. Akito loves to be around people and makes friends easily, although sometimes his childish demeanor can be off-putting. He's enthusiastic, cheerful, and affectionate but at the same time is often introspective and insightful. Akito is studying English (focusing on creative writing) and Japanese at Desai University. Akito is gay, but (1) is emotionally not equipped to be in a stable relationship and (2) is hopelessly fixated on his friend and teammate Minami "Ikki" Itsuki. He is by and large not interested in sex, more concerned with trust and platonic affection thanks to all of his issues.

| - | Akito suffers from a dissociative disorder; not the well-known MPD/DID, which would technically require him to have more than two personalities, but something very close to it. <b>Agito</b> comes out when Akito is threatened or frightened, or simply when he wants to come out. He is loud, crude, brash, and aggressive; he's also a loner and prone to insults and bullying. He prefers athletics to intellectual pursuits, and is the one who does air-treck. In short, he's the less passive, more unpleasant part of Akito taken to the extreme. Although he isn't registered as a separate student, Agito takes a weapons class and a demolitions class under Akito's name.
