Information on Player

Lucy Harrington joined Deal or No Deal for Gerry "Geordie" Reynolds game on Wednesday 1st February 2006, she took over the position vacated by Mumtaz the previous day. At the time of Deal or No Deal Lucy was a Police support worker living near to the studios in Bristol. She remained on TV screens for fifty shows, which remains the longest ever by a potential contestant, and did not play until her 50th show on Thursday 30th March 2006. In a change of career, Lucy now works behind-the-scenes as a production member at Endomol studios and can sometimes by seen by those who make the pilgrimage down to Bristol to be in the audience for Deal or No Deal.

Lucy received a poem from the banker on the occasion of her fifty show milestone, as well as a little replica mini red Deal or No Deal box with her name on it (pictured above). The poem read : "Dear Lucy, Fifty shows is just so very many, you'll know the game now better than any, so just follow your heart and I'm sure you'll depart, with a well-deserved bright shiny penny. Fondest regards, The Banker".

Lucy had no family rooting for her in the audience during her game, and instead two former contestants were invited back to sit and watch. John G. played on February 19th and won just £10, while Fin played on February 20th and came away with £10,000.
