Daemon

Daemon in this page refers to non-His Dark Materials daemons. If you want His Dark Materials daemons, go to Daemon(His Dark Materials). Daemons are incorporeal and seen as the 'soul' of their human. Daemons take the form of a animal, either real (sometimes with changes such as in color) or fictional (mostly mythic forms such as dragons). Most consider it impossible for daemons to settle as humans and anime forms. Settling normally occurs later than in His Dark Materials.
