Anime form refers to daemons that take the form of anime characters. It is generally seen as impossible to analyize for the same reason as human forms-they are basically given human characteristics by the creators of the anime.
It is possible for daemons to become anime characters, but not settle as them. The most common anime form seems to be the Digimon Renamon.
