	Visualizing is when one imagines their daemon in an incorporeal form. The method varies from person to person but often they are all similar. The way to start is to sit in a quiet area, where you won’t be disturbed by anyone. Pick an animal, something simple that you’re familiar with, and visualize it. Don’t force it. -	The next step is to try and hold the visualization and allow your daemon to interact with you through out the day. When you’re watching TV, let him/her sit next to you. When you’re walking through the mall, allow him/her to walk next to you.
