Some problem

I can't add external links to articles. What am I supposed to do? Icantthinkofanamexd 04:13, 4 December 2022 (UTC)

I thought setting the savelink property to true in the Control Panel would've fixed it, but I guess not. Is a captcha appearing, or does it show a "External link blocked" error? Anyway, just put the links as plaintext with the {{ref|example.com}} template (omit the http:// prefix) until I'm able to fix it. Tali64^2 16:03, 4 December 2022 (UTC)

Update: I just found out that with the "External link blocked" error, if you reload the page and click "Submit" on the alert that pops up, it'll save. If it's the CAPTCHA one, I still don't have a solution. Tali64^2 01:05, 5 December 2022 (UTC)

Honestly, I'd think it'd be best to rewrite the pages from scratch, as many of IWUW's pages were poorly-written and unsourced. Take the page on Miraheze, for example: https://web.archive.org/web/20200819111625/https://incrediblewikisandusers.miraheze.org/wiki/Miraheze The page is full of reasons that don't make sense (such as this one: "Two words: Special Pages." Fandom and other wiki farms also have special pages, so it's not a unique Miraheze feature), and one of them even says, "It sometimes crashes due to money budget. A direct downside of being non-profit." Also, some users have had a problem with adding external links, so that's something to watch out for. Tali64^2 22:22, 7 December 2022 (UTC)

I can't add a link

Several other users have reported the same issue. Is it showing an "External link blocked" error or is a captcha appearing? If it's the "External link blocked" error, then refresh the page and click Submit on the browser popup that appears. If it's the captcha, then there's nothing I can do.
