You still think it's kind of absurd, but you just need to call your mom about your situation, even though it's lied. Whilst nodding at the principal, she lends you the phone. You insert your home phone number, and you dial.
Luckily she picks up.
Mom: Hey sweetheart. Have you arrived?
You: I sure have. I'm all safe and sound. I already talked to some guys and they really seem kind! Although mom, I won't be able to call back during these three months. Phone usage isn't possible.
Mom: That's understandable sweetheart. I wouldn't lend you out while knowing I couldn't trust the people there right?
You: Thanks mom, I'll miss you these moths.
Mom: Likewise Keith. Take caree!
And just like that, your contact with your family has been held captive by the satellites that won't reach the camp location.
???: This all being said, I fear that you will have to be here three months long. Instead of boys, you will have to get along with the girls here. I assume you're okay with this?
The principal must be crazy for thinking that you're not okay with it! If the staff and especially the nurse is freaking gorgeous already, then what are the chances of the students being hot as well?
You: Don't worry, it's alright.
???: Amazing. I'll let Céline guide you to the room where currently all the students are. Follow the her, please.
You all stand up, shake hands, and the principal opens the door. When you leave the office, following Céline, you look back and the principal says:
???: Welcome to Camp Skylight..
