As his fluids fill your spectral mouth, you start to feel strange. Swallowing his load, the feeling gets stronger. Another swallow and you can't discern anything but this strange feeling. After a moment, it starts to fade. When your head is clear enough, you hear the reaper saying something to you. "Now that you have received Time, you will be able to stay in this world until any business you wish to do is done. Focus on what you wish to stay here for until the feeling is gone... and don't bother trying to think of something that won't happen or anything that would prevent you from going to judgement. You'd end up in Tartarus eventually... You know, the deepest pit of hell where those who have been unwritten from history are sent. Anyways start thinking."
