Just Plain Awesome/Try out for the special forces

You decide to become a warrior, or at least try to. When you show up at the town's barracks, you notice a lot of other people there too. You begin to doubt your abilities.

After waiting in line for the longest time ever, you are finally up. In order to join the special forces you have to pass a test. Not just any test, but you are tied up in a chair, and both physically and mentally tortured. If you can take it, you're in.

First you are tied up to the chair. Then you are blindfolded and gagged. After waiting for 5 or so minutes, freezing water is poured down your body. You do your best to ignore it. Then, after twenty minutes, you begin to hear unearthly threatening whispers. "No big deal" you think, but the whispers get closer slowly, and slowly, for 15 minutes. When they finally stop you are screaming and begging to be let go. When they stop you calm down, but as soon as you are quiet you can hear one drop of water dripping, again and again in a rhythmic pattern. This part lasts for 4 hours. You get a pretty bad headache, but nothing else.

"Congratulations" you hear. "You passed two of the three tests. You are now a member of the special forces." The man unties you, and you are lead to your room for the night. When you wake up you are given some light chain mail armor and a short sword. You then are sent to the beginning training course. It's tough, but you make it. Another disciple comes up to you after the training and says "Hey. I'm Jack, the senior disciple here. I think I may be able to show you the ropes." You agree, and he shows you the way. After you two are alone in the hall, he pulls out his sword and charges you. You manage to dodge, but what do you do next?
