You don't want to leave without solving this mystery. When you go back into the tomb, you'll be well rested and have the advantage of knowing what you're up against, you think. With a yawn, you begin preparing for bed.

Several hours later, you suddenly awaken, sitting up straight. There are loud crashes and bangs, accompanied by terrified screams, coming from outside. You hurry to the window and look down, staring in horror.

An army of skeletons surrounds the hotel. Thousands of them, with swords and spears, grinning in the moonlight.

You pinch yourself, hoping you won't feel anything and that this is just a nightmare. Unfortunately, the nightmare is real. "Ow," you say. As you continue to watch, you see a tourist couple, attempting to flee, both brought down with spears hurled into their backs. A policeman fires his pistol at the bony undead. The bullets don't even slow them down and one skeleton swings its sword, decapitating the policeman.

You race for the door. Maybe the other side of the building is clear and you can get out before...

You hear a whooshing sound. Whirling, your lightning-fast reflexes kick into action and you duck just in time as a spear flies over your head. Dozens of skeletons are advancing down the hall. You start running in the opposite direction, but freeze as the door to the stairwell opens and more skeletons begin pouring out. You race back into your room, deadbolt the door, and barricade it with as much furniture as you can.

They smash and hack away at the door as you wait on the bed, sword in your right hand and spear in your left.

You plan on making a particularly heroic last stand.
