Blackmail/Psychiatrist/She leaves and the rest of the day passes with out incident

She leaves sadly, glancing back at you one last time.
You sigh and return to your desk. The rest of the day proceeds as a blur, you can't get your mind off what Dr. Milton said about you being an object and then Cara coming in saying that she felt different too... but you aren't attracted to women.... Still something odd is going on...

At the end of the day Dr. Milton calls you into his office. "You did a good job with Mr. Johnson, Tiffany," he starts. "But you have seemed distracted the rest of the day. Is anything wrong?" he asks with concern in his voice.
How do you respond?
- "No, sir everything is fine." you answer.
- "Well that bit about.... about me being an object...?" you ask.
- "Uh... Cara stopped by..." you say.
