Yes Augustine Corne, you lead an incredibly str - wait, hold on. How is your life stressful? You're the richest kid in town! Your dad bought you a car for your sixteenth birthday and, for your seventeenth birthday a few weeks ago, he took you to Paris! You get straight A+s on everything because of the amazing Hazard professor that just so happens to be your tutor.
Except, you and your dad aren't really close, especially since your mother left for California without a warning two years ago. And you're not very pretty - at least you don't think you are. You're round and short, with short brown curly hair and brown eyes. You think your face is pretty, but you are rather self-conscious of your figure. And you don't really know how to get along with people.
Not to mention PROM is coming up! And you have to worry about a date, a dress, your hair... your head is going to explode from all the worrying.
Today is the last day of midterms, and you are looking forward to all of this nonsense being over. You roll over in bed - it would be so much easier just to stay in bed... you could always have Oziah the butler call you in sick and make it up on Monday...
What do you do?
You drive to school. Better to get it over with, and your car is fabulous anyway
You'll just sleep for a few more minutes... you'll wake up at eight.
