Agree to let her turn you into a vampire, then try to kill her when her guard is down

"Okay," you say in a frightened voice, placing your crossbow on the ground. "It looks like I have no choice."
"Excellent," cackles the vampire. In the blink of an eye, she backflips to you, stopping right in front of you. "You von't feel a thing." She opens her mouth wide.
Suddenly, you whip out your sword and behead the vampire, watching the head go flying across the alley. The headless corpse stands ramrod straight for a second, then collapses to the ground in a heap.
"And neither will you," you quip.
You pick up your crossbow as your heart rate slowly returns to normal. You did it! You killed a vampire.
But surely she wasn't the only one. There must be more. You search the decapitated body for clues, but find none. Taking the head with you, you exit the alley cautiously.
