You take those first few steps into the Xavier Academy grounds. You’re more than a little bit nervous. Mr. Summers was a nice guy but you don’t really know what to expect. Hundreds of students with powers, you’re not alone anymore there’s no reason to hide who you really are. You can be you.
The uniform fit perfectly, you were never measured but it just adjusted to your body. It was skin tight but it didn’t feel that way, you had stood in front of a mirror in it for hours over the past few weeks and you could really see almost every muscle in your impressive body. It was almost like you were walking around completely nude, you barely even felt the fabric. Mr. Summers said that all the Students would be wearing them. You weren’t used to showing so much of yourself but you had to admit that you were kind of happy with how you looked in it
As you walked down the sidewalk heading towards the mansion proper, you see dozens of other students out relaxing on their Sunday afternoon. They were playing Basketball, tennis and just plain lounging around on the perfect grass. There was a large group of kids out playing flag football and some of them were even flying! They used their powers out in the open and it all felt so right.
One kid spots you, he is standing over with a smaller group of students in white and gold costumes like yours. He waves at you and breaks into a jog in your direction. Once he gets closer you realize that he actually has golden skin and an infectious smile, “Hi! I’m Elixir. You must be a newbie, you’re not in colors yet.”
“Welcome to the Academy.” He puts out a hand for you to shake, “So, the obligatory first question here is probably kind of obvious but I have to ask it.” He smiles even wider, “What are your powers?”
