"I don't think so, old man," you snarl. You point the pistol at the Pirate King and pull the trigger.

The pistol clicks empty.

"Sorry lad, you don't get the job," says the Pirate King, shaking his head regretfully. He reaches again under his desk, draws another pistol and splatters your brains all over the wall.
