You might like to think you are tough but the vampire fucks you until even your young and healthy heart finally gives out. By the time she realizes you're in trouble, you are already gone. Saddened, she calls 911 to let them find your body and every year afterwards, on the anniversary of your death, she leaves a rose on your grave. On the fifth year of your death she brings both a small boy and girl and introduce them as your children, she must have really fell in love with you.
