Chase the squirrel

The squirrel runs and you chase it. You almost catch it, but the squirrel gets to a tree first. It climbs the tree. You start climbing, but the squirrel can climb better than you can. It gets away by jumping to the next tree over. You can't follow.
You sit on the branch and clean yourself. While licking your fur, you see someone inside the house that is next to the tree. Looking closer, you see a pretty teenaged girl getting ready for school. She's only got panties and a bra on right now.
